Shipping & Handling

We currently only deliver to MALAYSIA, SINGAPORE, INDONESIA, HONG KONG, and BRUNEI. 

Orders are shipped out within 2-3 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holidays). 

Please note we do not ship to PO boxes. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Shipping Within Malaysia

  • Domestic Shipping Flat Rate of RM8 (Free Shipping for orders above RM80)​

  • Estimated Delivery Time of 2-7 business days 

  • All parcels shipped locally are shipped by Pos Malaysia, PGEON or Ninja Van

  • Comes with Tracking number

Shipping within Southeast Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Brunei)

  • International Shipping Flat Rate of RM35 (Free Shipping for orders above RM500)

  • Estimated Delivery Time of 5-10 business days

  • Comes with Tracking number

Delays or Lost Parcel​

Once the Shipping Confirmation is emailed to you, your parcels are under the responsibility of our third party couriers and we shall not be responsible for any delays or lost parcel in post if proof of postage is provided.

Bounced Parcel

If your parcel is bounced, we will contact you via email. The cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. We will not be liable for lost parcel due to incomplete or wrong address. We will only bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. 

 

Custom and Duty Charges

Deliveries to countries outside of Malaysia might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we do not have any control over these charges, we are not able to cover them for you. In the event that the tax is not paid within the stipulated period, goods will be forfeited and destroyed by customs department which will be out of our control.

Exchange Policy

Do note that the return and exchange policy stated here is only applicable to purchase via our online store. For purchases from our stockists, their terms and conditions may apply.

 

1. Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final. 

  • All returns can only be returned for an exchange if the product is defective. 

  • Exchanges may only be done for product(s) purchased and not packaging.

  • No refund /exchange on not suitable, not match, change mind situation

  • All exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your original order.

  • The customer will be required to pay the difference should the amount of the exchanged item exceed the price of purchased item.

  • There will be no refund given should the piece of your purchased item exceed the price of the exchanged item.

  • No refund EXCEPT for no-stock product(s) . Refund process will take within 30 days.

  • All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UN-IRONED with all the tags and the original packaging. The items will be inspected once received.

  • The items are customer’s responsibility until they have reached our warehouse. Please ensure to package your returned product(s) properly in order to avoid damages. This includes the boxes, packaging and tags. BYHIROSAN is not responsible for any items that are returned with damage.

  • Shipping and handling fee incurred when returning product(s) for exchange are to be borne by the sender 

  • BYHIROSAN will not be responsible on missing parcel / lateness due to third party delivery partner.

  • BYHIROSAN recommends you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the product(s) you are returning and obtain a proof of posting.

  • All product(s) are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.

  • BYHIROSAN must approve all exchanges. Any product(s) received without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • A shipping and handling fee will be charged to the customers upon approved exchange, for the new product

  • Shipping and handling on an exchanged item from us is estimated to be 7 - 10 working days from exchange approval date.

 

2. Cancelation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed.

 

3. Request for exchange

Firstly, we apologise if the product(s) received was damaged. Kindly follow these steps to exchange:

<3> Clear pictures of item received

<4> Reason(s) of exchange

 

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on our website. Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of digital photography and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Hence, screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.

 

BYHIROSAN has the rights to deny any exchange request although the conditions above are met.
